I.Why this page exists
This page is the single authoritative statement of who contracts with you, which business lines belong to that company, and what the relationship with Lux Oasis Holiday Homes is.
It exists because the group runs four public sites and a fifth site belongs to a separate company. When each of those sites describes the structure in its own words, the words drift, and the drift has already produced statements that contradict one another about which company holds a regulated licence and which company owns a portfolio. That is not a wording problem. It is a problem about a regulated permission and about whose transactions are whose.
The fix is structural rather than editorial. The structure is stated once, here, and every other site links to this page rather than restating it.
Instruction to every other site in the group. Do not paraphrase, summarise, shorten or "adapt for tone" anything in section 3 of this page. Where another page needs to state the relationship, it either quotes section 3 in full and without alteration, or it links here. Where any statement anywhere in the group conflicts with this page, this page governs and the other statement is wrong and must be corrected.
II.The contracting entity
Every service offered under any of the brands below is supplied by, and contracted with, one company:

There is no holding company above this entity in the group, and there are no subsidiaries below it. Where you see the word "group" in our marketing, it refers to this one company and the brands it trades under, together with the operating partner relationship described at section 3. It does not refer to a corporate group in the legal sense, and it should not be read as one.
Any figure quoted anywhere as a fee is exclusive of VAT unless the page it appears on says otherwise. Where UAE VAT applies, it is charged in addition at the rate in force at the time of supply. We are registered for VAT under TRN 104722180700003. The commercial terms for each line, including its fees, are on that line's own site.
III.The group structure
The following paragraph is the approved statement of the structure. It is used in these words, without alteration, everywhere in the group where the relationship is stated.
Lux Oasis Advisory & Services LLC and Lux Oasis Holiday Homes are two separate companies registered in the United Arab Emirates. Neither owns the other. Lux Oasis Holiday Homes holds a DTCM licence and operates a short-term rental portfolio in JBR, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai. It is our operating partner: the live operation in which our systems and methods are tested before they are offered to clients. Lux Oasis Advisory & Services LLC does not hold a DTCM licence and does not operate short-term rental accommodation.
IV.The four business lines
Lux Oasis Advisory & Services LLC trades through four business lines. Each has its own brand, its own site and its own legal documents. None of them is a separate company. All four are lines of the single entity named in section 2, and a contract with any of them is a contract with that entity.

Wording note, because this has drifted. These four are business lines of Lux Oasis Advisory & Services LLC. They are not "divisions" in any corporate sense, they are not "products of" a parent, and they are not subsidiaries. One formula is used across the group: "[Brand] is a business line of Lux Oasis Advisory & Services LLC, a company registered in the Sharjah Free Zone (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates, licence number 2645909, TRN 104722180700003."
Nest Match is described accurately above. It is not published and it is in private beta, so it is not currently something a client can take, and nothing about it should be presented as available.
V.Lux Oasis Holiday Homes: what the relationship is, and what it is not
Lux Oasis Holiday Homes is not a fifth business line. It is a separate company, and section 3 states the relationship in the words the group uses. The following expands on the practical consequences without varying it.
What the relationship is. Lux Oasis Holiday Homes runs a live short-term rental operation under its own DTCM licence. Our systems and methods are tested in that operation before they are offered to clients. When we say a system was proven in a live Dubai portfolio, that portfolio is Lux Oasis Holiday Homes' portfolio, operated under its licence.
What the relationship is not.
- It is not ownership, in either direction. Neither company owns any part of the other.
- It is not a parent and subsidiary relationship, and neither company is a holding company for the other.
- It does not give us a DTCM licence. We do not hold one.
- It does not make us an operator of short-term rental accommodation. We do not operate accommodation.
- It does not make either company responsible for the other's contracts. If you engage Lux Oasis Holiday Homes, you contract with that company on its own terms. We are not a party to it and we give no warranty about its services. If you engage us, that company is not a party to it and gives no warranty about ours.
Referrals. Where an enquiry to us is about property management rather than about one of our four lines, we may introduce you to Lux Oasis Holiday Homes. That is an introduction and nothing more. We do not take responsibility for what follows and we do not receive a commission for it unless we tell you so at the point of the introduction. Personal data is passed only with your agreement, as the Privacy Policy sets out.
Endorsements and testimonials. Where any group site publishes a testimonial, a case study, a screenshot or an operational example that originates from Lux Oasis Holiday Homes, that site must say so on the page where it appears. It is a related-party statement, not an independent customer reference, and it is to be labelled as one wherever it is used.
VI.Who holds which credential
This is part of the same structural problem and belongs on this page, because credentials have been attributed to the wrong holder in the same way the licence has.

Credentials are stated as at the effective date of this document and may change. Where a credential can be verified publicly, the verifying link is given on the site that states it. Where no verification link exists, none is invented or constructed.
VII.Where each service is contracted
Nothing is sold on luxoasisadvisory.com. This site is a group index. It has no basket, no account, no order form and no payment mechanism, and its Website Terms of Use are website terms rather than a service agreement.

Where a client takes more than one line, the applicable terms and the order in which they apply are set out in the engagement documents for that arrangement. A statement anywhere in the group about being quoted "as a package" or having "one point of contact" is a description of how we work commercially. It does not create a single contract across lines and does not vary the terms of any of them.
VIII.Third-party names, logos and trademarks
Third-party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site indicates the tools and platforms we work with. It does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation beyond any partner status we expressly state and hold.
IX.Changes to this page
This page is versioned in the same way as the group's other legal documents. Each change produces a new version with its own version number, its own effective date and its own permanent URL, and previous versions stay reachable.
Because the other sites link here rather than restating the structure, a change to the structure is made once, on this page. Any site that has copied text from this page instead of linking to it will fall out of date the first time this page changes, which is the reason for the instruction at section 1.

These documents are written in English. English is the governing language. If they are translated, the English version prevails.
